Description
This method is used to start over the process of highlighting words contained in the TKeywordList indicated by the property Keywords. It also starts over applying the section formatting specified by the property StartStopKeys.
You should call this method whenever you make changes to Keywords or you toggle ApplyKeywords and you want these changes to apply to the entire text, not just subsequent text modifications. The same applies if you change StartStopKeys, if you toggle ApplyStartStopKeys or if you do an assignement to Highlighter.
