PlusMemo is a shareware package that contains an unregistered version of TPlusMemo.  This unregistered version has the full functionality of the registered one, but if Delphi is not running when an application containing such a TPlusMemo starts, a message box will pop up saying that you're using a non-registered TPlusMemo component.  See Registering for information on how to register.

Registered users license

Registered users are granted a license whereby they are free to use the registered PlusMemo package in their applications, and to distribute such applications as they want.  The registered version will not produce a message box at application startup.  They may not distribute or resell this registered package separately, or any portion of it.

The license only applies to the purchaser and may not be transferred without the prior agreement of Electro-Concept Mauricie

Non-registered users

You are free to use the shareware package as you want, provided you don't try to defeat the mechanism for displaying a message box at startup when Delphi is not running.  You are free to distribute copies of this package provided you don't modify its content.
