Description

This event is triggered every time TNumberHighlighter crosses a dynamic highlighting boundary while searching for numbers.  A handler can accept or reject searching the hihglighted section by assigning to variable parameter DoHilit, which is True on entry.

Parameter Sender is the instance of TNumberHighlighter calling the event.  Parameter Scope is equal to the context number set for the dynamic highlighted part that it is about to parse for numbers.  A value of zero represents a non-highlighted part, i.e. the base text of the associated TPlusMemo.
