Description

This methods moves the editing point of the TPlusMemo that the gutter is linked to (via its property PlusMemo) to the position of the bookmark number BookmarkIndex.  The TPlusMemo is scrolled to bring the caret in view if necessary.

JumpToBookmark has no effect if bookmark number BookmarkIndex is not defined.
